Welcome to Tennis GOAT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tennis GOAT mobile application ("App") provided by Sports Stats Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tennis GOAT, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept these Terms in their entirety

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Sports Stats Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Tennis GOAT on any Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This licence does not include:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices or labels
• Using the App for any commercial purpose
• Sub-licensing the App to any third party
• Using automated systems or bots to access the App

3. Ownership

Tennis GOAT and all content within it — including but not limited to gameplay systems, artwork, audio, text, and code — are the exclusive property of Sports Stats Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content or features. All purchases are processed securely by Apple via StoreKit 2. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and are non-transferable between accounts.

5. iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud for the App, your career save data may be synced across your devices via Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This sync occurs entirely within Apple's ecosystem and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions. We do not have access to your synced data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any party
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Involves exploiting bugs or glitches in a manner that harms others
• Involves uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our approach to data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Tennis GOAT does not collect personal data; please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Save data compatibility is maintained across updates wherever possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document when changes are made.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPORTS STATS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sports Stats Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your licence to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sports Stats Ltd regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
