1. Data We Do Not Collect

Tennis GOAT does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any identifying information
• Your location
• Your contacts or any other data from your device
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or similar)
• Health or fitness data
• Payment card or financial information

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

All gameplay data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

• Career save files (player progression, stats, tournament history, finances)
• App settings and preferences (stored via UserDefaults)

This data never leaves your device except via iCloud sync (see Section 4), and is only used to run the game. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.

3. In-App Purchases

Any in-app purchases you make are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit 2. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy practices govern the purchase transaction; please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. iCloud Sync (Optional)

If you enable iCloud for Tennis GOAT, your career save data is synced between your devices using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This means:

• Your save data travels only within Apple's ecosystem
• It is stored on Apple's servers, encrypted and tied to your Apple ID
• We do not have access to your synced data at any point
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud

5. Anonymous Analytics (Opt-In Only)

Tennis GOAT offers an optional analytics programme powered by TelemetryDeck — a privacy-focused analytics service that is designed to be GDPR-compliant by default.

If you choose to opt in, the following anonymous signals may be collected:

• Session length and frequency
• Screens visited within the App
• Match simulation speed preference
• Career milestone events (e.g. reaching a ranking tier, winning a title)
• Crash-free session rate

You can opt in or opt out of analytics at any time from the App's Settings screen. Analytics are disabled by default.

6. No Advertising

Tennis GOAT contains no advertising of any kind. We do not use ad networks, do not share data with advertisers, and do not engage in behavioural tracking.

7. Children's Privacy

Tennis GOAT does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is suitable for all ages. Because no personal data is collected, the App is compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and equivalent regulations.

8. Data Retention

Since no personal data is collected by us, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end. Your local save data is under your full control and can be deleted by uninstalling the App. iCloud data can be deleted from Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Since we do not collect personal data, most of these rights are moot in the context of this App. However, if you have any questions or believe data has been handled incorrectly, please contact us using the information below.

10. UK GDPR and Data Protection

As a company registered in England and Wales, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10.1 Legal Basis for Processing

Because Tennis GOAT does not collect personal data, there is no personal data processing by us to declare a legal basis for. The only data processing that occurs is:

• Local device storage: Entirely under your control, not accessible to us
• iCloud sync (optional): Processed by Apple under their own data controller responsibilities
• Anonymous analytics (opt-in only): Processed by TelemetryDeck; no personal data is involved

10.2 Your UK GDPR Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is used (this Privacy Policy)
• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")

As we hold no personal data about you, exercising most of these rights will result in confirmation that no data is held. We will always respond to any request promptly.
