Welcome to Grand Check-In. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grand Check-In mobile application ("App") provided by Sports Stats Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Grand Check-In, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept these Terms in their entirety

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

2. Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on an Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

3. Purchases

Grand Check-In is a premium paid application. The purchase price is charged at the time of download through the Apple App Store. Additional in-app purchases may be available for optional content expansions.

All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. We do not process payments directly — all transactions are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

4. iCloud and Save Data

The App uses iCloud to sync save data across your devices via Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. This requires an active iCloud account and sufficient iCloud storage. Please note:

• iCloud sync occurs entirely within Apple's ecosystem and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions
• We do not have access to your synced data at any point
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud service outages, account issues, or device failures
• You are responsible for maintaining your own device backups

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to software code, design, text, graphics, game mechanics, and audio — is owned by or licensed to Sports Stats Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any party
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Involves exploiting bugs or glitches in a manner that harms others
• Involves uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our approach to data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Grand Check-In does not collect personal data; please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Updates and Changes

We may issue updates to the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. These updates may be required to continue using the App. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document when changes are made.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPORTS STATS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP — INCLUDING LOSS OF SAVE DATA, LOSS OF IN-APP PROGRESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sports Stats Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your licence to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sports Stats Ltd regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
