1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sports Timer Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.
2. About the Service
Sports Timer Pro is a mobile application developed and operated by Sports Stats Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. The App provides GPS-based timing solutions for sporting events.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Subscription Service
- The App requires a paid subscription to access its features
- Subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Pricing and subscription terms are displayed in the App prior to purchase
3.2 Billing and Cancellation
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for:
- Timing sporting events
- Recording and managing race results
- Purposes that are permitted by law and these Terms
4.1 Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Device Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the App's minimum requirements. You must maintain an active internet connection when required. You must enable location services for full functionality.
5.2 Data Management
You are responsible for managing and backing up your race data. We recommend exporting important race data regularly.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 "As Is" Service
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- GPS accuracy
- Timing precision
- Uninterrupted service
- Data reliability
6.2 GPS Dependency
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous GPS signal availability
- Absolute timing accuracy
- Performance in all weather conditions or locations
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Scope
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Stats Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or race results
- Timing inaccuracies or errors
- Service interruptions
7.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership
The App, including all content and features, is owned by Sports Stats Ltd. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
8.2 License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Modifications
10.1 To the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the App
- Update the App's functionality
- Change subscription pricing with notice
10.2 To the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination

You may terminate these Terms by:
- Cancelling your subscription
- Deleting the App from your device

- For fraudulent or illegal activity

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
