These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ErgSpeed mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Sports Stats Ltd ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using or accessing the Service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or agreements related to any premium features or subscriptions. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ErgSpeed is a mobile app designed for training and performance tracking, allowing users to log and track their training results either on their device or via private iCloud storage. We offer both free and premium features, the latter available through subscription or one-time lifetime access.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Our premium features are available through a subscription or one-time lifetime access fee.
- Subscriptions are billed periodically (monthly or yearly), and you agree to the applicable fees as stated at the time of purchase.
- Lifetime Access is a one-time fee for ongoing access to premium features.
Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Please review their respective terms, as we do not process payments directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with App Store or Google Play policies. We do not offer refunds after purchase.
4. User Account
You may be required to create an account or register for specific features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any actions taken through it. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or use of your account.
5. Data Storage and Privacy
Training results and other user-entered data are stored on your device or within your private iCloud, depending on your selected preferences. We do not store or access this data unless you choose to share it with us for troubleshooting purposes. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person;
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violations.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including content, features, and functionalities, is owned by Sports Stats Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials from the Service without prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also discontinue using the Service at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease.
