Data You Provide
TrainingMood allows you to track and record information about your training sessions, including:
- Mood ratings (Great, Good, Ok, Bad, Terrible)
- Session names
- Notes and comments about your training sessions
- Timestamps of your sessions
Automatically Collected Information
The App may collect certain information automatically, including:
- Device information (device type, operating system version)
- App usage data (for app functionality and improvements)
How We Use Your Information
All data you enter into TrainingMood is stored locally on your device only. We do not:
- Collect, transmit, or store your data on external servers
- Share your data with third parties
- Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
- Access your data remotely
Your training mood data, session notes, and all other information remain completely private and stored securely on your iPhone or iPad.
Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: All your data is stored locally on your device using Core Data, Apple's framework for data persistence
- No Cloud Sync: Your data is not synced to iCloud or any other cloud service unless you explicitly enable iCloud backup through your device settings
- Device Security: Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption and passcode protection
- No Data Transmission: We do not transmit your data over the internet
Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until you:
- Delete the App (which will remove all associated data)
- Manually delete individual sessions within the App
- Restore your device to factory settings
Third-Party Services
TrainingMood does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data collection services. The App operates entirely independently and does not share data with external parties.
Children's Privacy
TrainingMood is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.
Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information:
- Access: You can view all your data directly within the App
- Modify: You can edit or update your session information at any time
- Delete: You can delete individual sessions or uninstall the App to remove all data
- Export: Currently, the App does not provide data export functionality, but all data is accessible within the App
Payment Information
TrainingMood offers Premium subscriptions that are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. When you make a purchase:
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed by Apple, not by us. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing information
- Transaction Data: Apple provides us with transaction verification data to confirm your subscription status. This data is used solely to enable Premium features and does not include personal payment information
- Subscription Status: We use Apple's StoreKit framework to verify your subscription status locally on your device. This verification process does not transmit your personal data to our servers
- No Payment Data Storage: We do not store any payment information, billing addresses, or financial data on our servers or within the App
Your payment information is handled entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy and payment processing terms.
Apple App Store
When you download TrainingMood from the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain information about your device and usage in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. This collection is governed by Apple's terms and is separate from our App's data practices.
When you purchase a Premium subscription through the App Store:
- Apple collects and processes your payment information according to their Privacy Policy
- Apple may share transaction verification data with us to confirm subscription status, but this does not include your payment details
- All subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, is handled through Apple's systems
- We do not have access to your Apple ID, payment methods, or billing information
