This Privacy Policy explains how Sports Stats Limited ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Henley Race Timer mobile application (the "App"). We have designed the App to keep your data on your device and to collect as little information as possible. This policy is governed by UK law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Summary
We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. All data you create in the App — crews, race and training times, notes — is stored locally on your device. We have no servers and no user accounts; we never receive your data. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and we do not receive your payment details. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
Information Stored on Your Device
The App lets you create crews and record timing data (split times, dates, labels, and optional notes). This information is stored only on your device using Apple's on-device storage. It is not sent to us or to any third party. If you delete the App, this data is removed with it.
Purchases
Henley Race Timer offers optional in-app purchases — an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. These transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your name, payment card, or billing information. Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated sales information. Apple's handling of your information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Sharing and Export
You can choose to share a result or export a crew's data as a CSV file using the standard iOS share sheet. This happens only when you initiate it, and the data goes only where you send it — for example, to a Messages, Mail, or Files destination you select. We are not involved in and do not see that transfer.
Course Records
The App includes publicly available course-record times for reference. This is reference content within the App and does not involve any of your data.
Children
The App is rated 4+ and does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
Because we do not collect or hold your personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Data created in the App is fully under your control on your device and can be deleted at any time by removing the relevant items or deleting the App. Where applicable under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you retain your statutory rights; contact us using the details below with any request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
