Privacy Policy

Farm Director is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. It does not have accounts, does not connect to any server of ours, and does not contain any analytics, advertising or tracking software.

We do not collect any personal data from you. None at all.

The rest of this policy explains what that means in practice.

Who We Are

Farm Director is made and published by Sports Stats Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at info@sports-stats.org.

Information We Collect

None. We have no servers, no database, no account system and no way of identifying you. We do not know that you have installed the game, how long you play, what you do while playing, or whether you have stopped.

The app contains no third-party software development kits for analytics, attribution, crash reporting, advertising or social media.

Information Stored on Your Device

The game saves your progress locally, in the app's own private storage area on your device. This includes up to three save slots, stored as files in the app's Documents folder, containing only game state — your farm's name, fields, machinery, livestock, staff, finances and history. It also includes purchase state: if you buy an in-app purchase, the app records that the purchase is waiting to be applied to a save, so it is not lost if the app closes before you load a game.

This data never leaves your device except as described under "Device Backups" below. Deleting the app deletes all of it permanently. We cannot access, retrieve or restore it.

Device Backups

If you have iCloud Backup or encrypted local backups switched on in iOS Settings, your save files may be included in those backups, in the same way as data from any other app. Those backups are held in your own Apple account and are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one. We have no access to them.

In-App Purchases

Farm Director offers optional in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the transaction, payment and receipt — we never see your name, payment card, billing address or Apple Account details. The app receives only a confirmation from Apple's StoreKit framework that a purchase for a given product completed, which it uses to apply the purchase to your game.

Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.

Tracking and Advertising

Farm Director contains no advertising and does no tracking. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and shares nothing with data brokers or advertising networks.

Children

Farm Director is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children. Because we collect nothing, there is nothing we could knowingly or unknowingly collect from a child under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). Parents can control whether in-app purchases are possible at all, using Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions on the device.

Your Rights

Privacy laws such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights to access, correct, delete and export the personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its sale.

We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, delete or export, and nothing that could be sold. We have never sold or shared personal data, because we have never had any. If you would like this confirmed in writing, email info@sports-stats.org and we will confirm it.

Your save data is yours and sits on your device; you can delete it at any time by deleting a save slot in the game or by deleting the app.

Changes to This Policy

If a future version of the game does anything differently — online leaderboards, cloud saves, crash reporting — we will update this policy before that version is released, change the date at the top, and describe what changed. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
